Camp Point home prices fell in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Camp Point fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 27.3% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Camp Point in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Camp Point for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $1,656, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
