On Sept. 7, William P. Terlisner purchased a home at 1848 Spruce St., Quincy from Shawn J Myers for $100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,624.44, 1.62% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $60,000 on Oct. 27, 2015.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Quincy in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 1848 Spruce St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gillchrist a Rudolph, 49, Adrienne Marie Schulten, 42, Deanna Christine Rudolph, 50, and Ashley Jordan Hufford, 33.
