On Sept. 8, Aleen R Ott purchased a commercial property at 108 S. Franklin St., Payson from Kenneth Richard Steffen for $90,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $609.52, 0.68% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold on March 18, 2008 for $17,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Payson in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were six registered voters residing at 108 S. Franklin St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Chastity M Jones, 42, William H. Schrader, 78, Robin R. Wilson, 36, Tiffani Gail Quenon, 30, Justin E. Todd, 40, and Bobby L. Anders, 34.
