The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,698.22, 1.45% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on March 5, 2018 for $91,000.

So far in September 2021, eight properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joshua Bruce has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
