Liberty home prices fell in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Liberty fell by $14,800 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,700 - a 10.3% decrease over the $143,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Liberty in December 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,608, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
