Quincy median home prices rose by 2.7% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Quincy rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 817 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 803 homes sold in Quincy in 2019.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,805, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for 2020.
