Camp Point home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Camp Point rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,500 - a 3.6% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Camp Point in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Camp Point for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,619, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
