Payson median home prices rose by 11.7% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Payson rose by $12,450 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,200 - a 11.7% increase over the $106,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Payson in the fourth quarter of 2019.
