Quincy Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 14.
The Quincy Police Department reports the arrest of Parker W. Arrowsmith, 21, after an approximate 4 month investigation into the distribution of child pornography. This investigation began in September of 2020 after a user was flagged for uploading child exploitive images thru social media. On 01/12/21, at approximately 10 a.m., Arrowsmith was contacted at his residence in Quincy, interviewed, and ultimately lodged in the Adams County Jail on two counts of Dissemination of Child Pornography.
