b. Adopt Resolution Regarding Estimated Amount Necessary to be Levied for the Year 2020 and direct compliance with the Truth in Taxation law as necessary

d. Consider/Approve Architect fees for BOE Parking Lot Reconstruction Project, ACRSS Building Roof and Front Façade Replacement , and QHS Auditorium Curtains and Stage Rigging Replacement.
