Village of Mendon Village Board met Sept. 10.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Mendon Village Board of Trustees met in regular session on Thursday, September 10, 2020, in the Mendon Township Town Hall (Due to the state requirement for social distancing due to the corona virus outbreak). The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Village Mayor Dean Woodruff. Trustees present were Buss, Cannell, King, Moore, Voss, and Wittler. Village Superintendent Cantrell and Village Clerk Woodruff were present.

 The WIFI hot spot provided by the Four Star Library is working in the area of the small shelter park at Chittenden Park.

To set the mayor’s salary to $9,000 per year, the clerk’s salary to $5,000 per year, and to leave the trustee salary at $150 per meeting, to go into effect at the beginning of new terms in May of 2021.
