City of Quincy Committee of the Whole met Nov. 9.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

In lieu of an “in person” public comment, any comments regarding an agenda item should be sent as an email with contact information to: jprovow@quincyil.gov before 3 p.m. on Monday November 9. The City Comptroller will make sure that the comment is read in summary and a full copy of the comment is provided to the city council in advance.
