TIF Downtown Rental Rehab Project Funding Resolution. (Funding of $125,000 in TIF funding for the renovation of five rental units.)
Comptroller and the Airport Director recommending approval to accept and execute the airport’s annual airport improvement program entitlement grant through the Federal Aviation Administration and IDOT.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the low quote from Derhake Brothers Excavating and Plumbing in the amount of $7,550 for the replacement of a defective sewer manhole at the intersection of 16th & State.
Utilities and Engineering Director, Central Services Committee and Utilities Committee recommending approval to enter into a contract with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly of Springfield, IL for design services on north 6th between Maine and Vermont Streets in an amount not to exceed $151,735.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the bid from Complete Asphalt Service of Pittsfield, IL in the amount of $168,579.20 for the 2020 MFT Fund Crackseal Project.
Resolution for improvement under the Illinois Highway Code in the sum of $20,000 of MFT Funds for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways under the applicable provisions from 5/1/20 to 4/30/21.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the quote from Architechnics in the amount of $9,500 for historical recordation services of the existing Water Treatment pump station.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Utilities Committee presenting the request by the residents of Harrison Plaza that the City construct a sanitary sewer main extension to serve twelve properties along Harrison Plaza and a residential sewer tapping fee of $3,000 be established per resident.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of a Grant Program for Improvements to Reduce Residential Sanitary Sewer Overflows be approved and $150,000 in Sewer Funds be appropriated for financial assistance to approved applicants.
