Blessing Health System issued the following announcement on Aug. 23.
Carrie Altobelli, a 5 South/Medical Surgical RN was recognized with a “Who’s Your Angel” award from The Blessing Foundation for her excellent care of Blessing Hospital patient, Debra Wittner. Debra said, “I hadn’t had a shower and Carrie made sure it happened. She saw to my every need. She showed me love and compassion. She was there for me and she listened when I needed someone to just listen to me. She is a very loving and caring lady. She deserves to be recognized for her good works. I believe I have made a new friend for life. She is my true angel. Thank you Carrie!”
