By St. Francis Solanus/Miracle Myles Benefit for Brandon and Courtney Grant requesting permission to conduct a raffle and have the bond requirement waived from 8/7/20 to 10/4/20. The City Clerk recommends approval of the permit.
By The District requesting the closure of 5th Street from Maine to Hampshire Streets on August 9th from noon to 9:00 p.m. for the District Feast.
REPORTS OF QUINCY PLAN COMMISSION
Ward 5 Recommending approval of a subdivision of property at Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 8 West to be known as Bailey Meadows (at/near 1732 Maas Road) under the “small tracts” provision of the Subdivision Ordinance.
Ward 7 Recommending approval of a special permit for a planned development to split the lot at 1337 Ohio into two lots and to construct a single-family residence on each resulting lot and the yard exceptions required to permit the new dwellings.

Resolution for improvement under the Illinois Highway Code in the appropriate sum of $850,000 using MFT funds at North 16th from Locust St. to Seminary Rd.; Wells Ave. from North 16th to North 17th; Center Ave. from North 16th to North 17th. (New PCC & HMA pavement, PCC curb & gutter, storm sewers and water main replacement. Funds may also be used for construction engineering. Project to be funded with REBUILD Illinois bond funds.
