Adams County Board of Transportation met June 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mr. Post.

Mr. Brady made a motion to approve the May 12, 2020 meeting minutes. Mr. Bellis seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.

The committee reviewed the bills and stamped as checked.

Mr. Frankenhoff reported that the Highway Department made an agreement with the Health Department for $75,000 to provide services for GIS and storage for the mobile clinic. They will be evicting Emergency Management’s sand bags from the garage to make room for the Health Department.

Mr. Post presented the committee with a new parking policy that will be added to the Employee Handbook. The policy restricts employee parking in any of the reserved spaces and along the white curb at the Courthouse. Mr. Bellis made a motion to approve the parking policy. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion carries.

Mr. Brady made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Zanger seconded the motion. Mr. Post adjourned the meeting at 6:38 p.m.
