City of Quincy Traffic Commission met July 13.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1. Approval of Minutes

2. Public Comment (3 minute limit)

3. Old Business

a) Alderman Entrup’s referral to the extension of the bicycle lanes on Bonansinga Drive from Cedar Street south to Broadway;

b) Alderman Entrup’s referral to place a crosswalk on Bonansinga Drive at Parker Heights and Bob Bangert Parks;

4. New Business

a) Alderman Holtschlag’s referral to mark parking stalls in front of Cheerful Home;

b) Alderwoman McKiernan’s referral to replace “Yield” signs with “Stop” signs at the intersection of 15th and Maple;

c) Alderman Ernst’s referral to the absence of “Truck Route” and “No Truck Route” signs on Broadway and westbound truck traffic turning north at the intersections of 12th and Broadway and 18th and Broadway;

d) Alderman’s Sassen’s referral to replace the “Yield” signs with “Stop” signs at the intersection of 23rd and Jersey;
