1. Open the Adams County Public Hearing Regarding the Application from Terstriep Tree Service, LLC to the Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program through the Illinois DCEO.

3. A detailed, prioritized list of community development & housing needs
4. A narrative discussion of the scope of the project including the proposed improvements, costs, benefit area, impact on community finances, etc.
