There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Camp Point zip code 62320, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Quincy Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was Dillon Ellis. He was convicted of a property crime in 2017, when he was 25. He is now 27.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
