City of Quincy City Council will meet on Monday, March 30.

DISCUSSION OF CITY ACTIONS IN RESPONSE TO COVID - 19 DECLARATIONS RESOLUTION

A resolution regarding City actions in response to COVID -19 declarations.

RESOLUTIONS

Transportation Director and Administrative Services Director recommending approval to suspend transit services payments from Quincy University for the remainder of the current contract term due to their move to online education services.

Transportation Director and Administrative Services Director recommending approval to adopt an Extraordinary Circumstances Policy for Quincy Transit Lines.

Mayor and City Treasurer recommending approval to issue a credit for one month of liquor license fee to City Liquor License Classes A, D, F, I and Nite Club, impacted by State orders, for their annual renewals on July 1, 2020.

Aeronautics Committee and the Airport Director recommending approval of the agreement with Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly Inc. for environmental planning services for airport projects in the amount not to exceed $25,800.

Aeronautics Committee and the Airport Director recommending approval of the Lease Agreement with Knapheide Manufacturing for the development of aviation facilities at a rate of $.17 per square foot on a graduated scale.

Written request to speak under suspended rules by Jesse Nemecek, General Manager, Quincy Aviation, LLC, concerning the pending request to build a aircraft hanger on the field and the right to self-fuel.

ORDINANCES First presentation of an ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance Establishing The Small Business Emergency Loan Program.

An Ordinance Amending The 2019 – 2020 Fiscal Year Budget. (Increase Expense: Health Insurance Claims $100,000.)
