Mendon home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Mendon rose by $4,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $101,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mendon in January 2019, as well.
