Liberty home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Liberty rose by $250,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 200% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Liberty in November 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Liberty for 2018 was $1,560. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,499. This marks an increase of 4.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.4%.
