Camp Point home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Camp Point rose by $63,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 124.4% increase over the $51,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Camp Point in November 2018.
