Quincy home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Quincy rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Quincy in November 2018.
