Camp Point home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Camp Point rose by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,500 - a 110.1% increase over the $64,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Camp Point in December 2018.
