Ursa home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Ursa rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,500 - a 25.9% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Ursa in 2018.
