Mendon home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Mendon rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,500 - a 15.7% increase over the $76,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Mendon in 2018.
