Finance meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. Members present: Kelle Bunch, Stacy Clark, Mark Field, Rebecca Hedrick, Dennis Ippenson and Matt Schmidt. Absent: Julia Poulter, 6 present 1 absent
Motion by Rebecca Hedrick, seconded by Matt Schmidt that the finance committee approve the minutes of the April 15, 2019 meeting. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Kelle Bunch, Stacy Clark, Mark Field, Rebecca Hedrick, Dennis Ippenson and Matt Schmidt. 6 ayes 0 nays.
Julia Poulter arrived at 5:40 p.m.
Motion by Stacy Clark, seconded by Dennis Ippenson that the Finance Committee adjourn. Time: 6:30 p.m. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Kelle Bunch, Stacy Clark, Mark Field, Rebecca Hedrick, Dennis Ippenson, Julia Poulter and Matt Schmidt. 7 ayes 0 nays
