Adams County Transportation, Building, and Technology Committee met Tuesday, July 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Chairman Les Post called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. in the law library.
Present: Committee Members: John Brady, Steve DeMoss, Joe Zanger & Dave Bellis.
Also present were: County Engineer Jim Frankenhoff, Business Manager Dave Bockhold, County Board Chairman Kent Snider, States Attorney Gary Farha and John Frankenhoff.
Absent: None
Mr. Bellis made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 11, 2019 committee meeting as printed and distributed. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously.
The Committee reviewed, approved and signed off on the bills.
Jim Frankenhoff informed the committee about meetings with the city concerning improvements to the 48TH & State intersection.
Jim Frankenhoff discussed the renewal of the pavement management system with the committee.
Jim Frankenhoff discussed the scheduling of the purchase of two new dump trucks with the committee.
The committee discussed the tower lease renewal
The committee discussed camp roads
Jim Frankenhoff updated the committee on the status of various projects and the oil & chip letting on July 16TH
The committee discussed the grant and changes to be made to the law library.
Mr. DeMoss made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Bellis seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
