Quincy home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Quincy fell by $350 while total sales decreased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,400 - a 0.3% decrease over the $103,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Quincy in May 2017.
