Illinois General Assembly: SB1411 actions on Aug. 16

The following actions were taken on Aug. 16 in the Senate on Senate bill SB1411 ("track-sexual assault evidence"): "Public Act . . . . . . . . ." and "Governor Approved".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Dan McConchie (R-26) on Feb. 13, "amends the Sexual Assault Evidence Submission Act," according to the General Assembly website.
