City of Quincy issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
On August 12, 2019, the Quincy City Council Finance Committee will consider the Bond Parameters Ordinance that will finance the major street, water, and sewer improvements proposed by Mayor Moore recently. Attached are the proposed projects that will be funded by these bonds, with a link to the city-wide impacts of the improvements.
