Central Community Unit School District #3 Board of Education met April 30.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Dean Moore, Board President, called the Final Meeting of Central Community Unit School District #3 Board of Education, Adams County, to order at 6:00 p.m. at Central High School in Camp Point. Roll Call verified that there was a quorum of the Board.

Following prayer and the pledge, President Moore asked if there were any questions and/or comments from the public pursuant to state statute. Hearing none, the meeting continued.

Motion was made by Member Marlow, seconded by Member Cramer, to accept the superintendent's recommendation to approve the current agenda.

Roll Call Vote: Aye: Moore, Cramer, Lee, Hughes, Ippensen, Marlow 

Nay: None 

Absent: McClintock 

Motion Carried.

Motion was made by Member Ippensen, seconded by Member Hughes, to approve the April 11, 2019, Regular

Board Meeting Minutes.

Roll Call Vote: Aye: Moore, Cramer, Lee, Hughes, Ippensen, Marlow 

Nay: None 

Absent: McClintock 

Motion Carried.

Motion was made by Member Moore, seconded by Member Cramer, to approve the Resolution Acknowledging Receipt of Canvass Reports and Certificates of Election from the Canvassing Board of Adams County, Illinois, for the April 2, 2019, election. (Doc. Reg. #5419)

Roll Call Vote: Aye: Moore, Cramer, Lee, Hughes, Ippensen, Marlow 

Nay: None 

Absent: McClintock 

Motion Carried.

4.30.19 Final Board Minutes, Page 1 of 2

Motion was made by Member Lee, seconded by Member Moore, that the old Board adjourn sine die and the new Board convene immediately following such adjournment.

Roll Call Vote: Aye: Moore, Cramer, Lee, Hughes, Ippensen, Marlow 

Nay: None 

Absent: McClintock 

Motion Carried.

Adjournment

Motion was made by Member Moore, seconded by Member Lee, to accept the recommendation to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m. Upon voice vote, all board members present voted aye. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Board of Education, President Moore declared the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
