Village of Mendon Board of Trustees met May 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Mendon Village Board of Trustees met in regular session in the Village Office. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Village Mayor Dean Woodruff. Trustees present were Buss, Cannell, Moore, Voss, and Wittler. Trustee King arrived at 7:15. Village Superintendent Cantrell, and Village Clerk Woodruff were present and there were no guests.

The results of the April 2, 2019, election were read by Village Clerk Woodruff as submitted in Canvass of Votes by Adams County Clerk Chuck Venvertloh

Registered Voters 600 – Ballots Cast 226 = 37.66%

Daron Cannell R – 171, David Wittler – 172, Darla Moore – 144

The Winners were Declared and the Oaths of Office were taken by all newly elected officials.

Certificates of Election were presented to all following the Oaths

Meeting Dates and Committee Appointments

Motion to set the meeting dates for the second Thursday of each month in the Village Office at 7pm. A copy of the dates is attached to and made a part of these minutes. Committee appointments were also announced and approved. A copy of the committee assignments is also attached to and made a part of these minutes
