There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in Ursa zip code 62376, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Quincy Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was McKayla D. Holt. She was convicted of a property crime in 2017, when he was 23. She is now 24.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
