City of Quincy issued the following announcement on July 12.
Liz has worked for the City of Quincy for almost 4 years. She started in the IT Department as a Project Manager and is now the Human Resources Manager. Her position entails being directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions of the City. She has a Bachelor in Management and a Masters in Business Administration. This May, Liz received her Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional certification. With a SHRM-CP certification she is recognized as an expert and leader in the HR field. In her spare time, Liz likes to kayak, paddleboard and play volleyball.
