Clayton home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Clayton fell by $15,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,500 - a 29.6% decrease over the $53,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Clayton in April 2017.
