Quincy home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Quincy fell by $2,050 while total sales decreased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,950 - a 2% decrease over the $101,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Quincy in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
