Illinois General Assembly: HB344 actions on May 23

The following actions were taken on May 23 in the House on House bill HB344 ("authorized electronic monitor"): "Passed Both Houses" and "Third Reading - Passed".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Thomas M. Bennett (R-106) on Jan. 14, "creates the Authorized Electronic Monitoring in Community-Integrated Living Arrangements and Developmental Disability Facilities Act," according to the General Assembly website.
