City of Quincy issued the following announcement on May 7.
Quincy Police Department will be honoring all Fallen Police Officers who have given their lives in the line of duty protecting and serving their communities. A brief ceremony will be held as the Quincy Police Department Honor Guard lowers the flags to half-staff in honor of National Peace Officer Memorial Day.

Location: Quincy City Hall Plaza, 730 Maine, Quincy, IL 62301
In case of rain, we will gather in city council chambers. The public is encouraged to attend.
