6. Consider/Approve Revised Personnel Addendum as Amended from April 24, 2019 meeting

7. Meeting in Closed Session to consider the following subjects: a) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the School District; b) collective negotiating matters between the School District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees; c) the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the District; d) the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the District; e) the sale or purchase of investments; f) emergency security procedures; g)student disciplinary cases; h) the placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters relating to individual students; i) pending, probable or imminent litigation; or j) other matters appropriate for a closed meeting pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.

8. Meeting in Open Session to consider and take action on 1) personnel matters, (specifically including but not limited to, the hiring, including non-contractual, contract approval, and contract amendment, release, discharge, discipline, transfer, resignation, and retirement of staff); 2) collective negotiating matters between the School District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees; 3) student disciplinary cases; 4) pending or threatened litigation.

9. Considering and taking action on all other matters necessary and appropriate to the operation of the School District which may properly be considered and/or acted upon at such Special Meeting in Open or Closed Session.
