Quincy home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Quincy fell by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,500 - a 26% decrease over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Quincy in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
