Taking Back America owes $10,000 in fines

The campaign committee Taking Back America owes a $5,000 fine imposed on May 21, 2014, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $5,000 with Roger K. Davis listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show this is the only area campaign committee with pending fines.
