Quincy Medical Group issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Spring is almost here, which means outdoor sports are right around the corner! QMG is offering free Throwing Clinics for all throwing athletes ages 5th grade through high school. Therapists and athletic trainers will assess individual throwing mechanics and provide exercises to help prevent injuries. See the Throwing Clinic schedule below. Pittsfield Middle School - March 2 from 1 - 3 p.m.
Brown County Middle School - March 4 from 3 - 6 p.m.
John Wood Community College - March 13 from 3 - 6 p.m.
