Q3 real estate sales report: Clayton

Median prices rose in Clayton over last year, and are up 59.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 4 homes sold in Clayton for a median price of $55,000. That's 643.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Clayton.

Median property tax for homeowners in Clayton was $437.24 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 5.9 percent of their home's value in taxes.
