5. Public hearing requested by Eric Booth, EJB Real Estate LLC, for a zoning change from C3 (Planned Commercial) to C2 (Commercial), in order to develop the property at 601 North 36th St. in commercial and retail use without further approval of plans by the Plan Commission and City Council. Ward: 3
6. Public hearing on proposed amendments to Section 162.027 and Section 162.030(B) of the Municipal Code of the City of Quincy of 2015 to allow Nightclubs and Cabarets by Special Permit only in the M1 and M2 Industrial Districts.
