Blessing Health System issued the following announcement on Jan. 2.
Emberlynn Kae Wiseman was the first baby of 2019 born at Blessed Beginnings, the maternity center at Blessing Hospital. She was born at 6:49 am on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, the daughter of Kelcee and Alex Wiseman of Quincy.
Emberlynn weighed 6 pounds and 8 ounces and was 19 inches long. She has a brother, Fynlee, age 4. Her grandparents are Jim and Lynn Nichols of Quincy and Troy and Tonya Wiseman of Payson.
Emberlynn was delivered by Dr. Pamela Phillips Friye of Blessing Physician Services.
