City of Quincy City Council will meet on December 26.

Reports of The Quincy Plan Commission


Ward 4        

Recommending approval of the requested amendment to the special permit for a planned development to locate a styling salon in the east building at 520 S. 21st.

Ward 7        

Recommending approval of the special permit to operate a nightclub at 600 Hampshire St. in the 800 sq. ft. area and subject to City Council authorization of the use of Parking Lot I by club patrons.

Written request to speak by Adam Booth, 3135 Brentwood Dr., as petitioner for nightclub special use permit at 600 Hampshire.

                                 Notice of Prehearing Conference

Notice of Prehearing Conference by the Illinois Commerce Commission on its own motion vs. Ameren Illinois Co. d/b/a Ameren Illinois on reconciliation of revenues collected under gas adjustment charges with actual cots prudently incurred in the office of the Commission, Chicago, IL on January 3rd at 10:00 a.m.

An Ordinance Granting A Special Use Permit For A Planned Development. (For office, gym, catering, day care, and meeting uses at 2040 Cherry St.)
