Quincy Public School District 172 issued the following announcement on Nov. 30.
"We use the feedback from the parents to monitor our progress on our school improvement plan," she said. "As we put things in place, we look to see what parents are saying about the changes that we've made."
Parents have until Feb. 15 to complete the survey, which takes some 5 to 10 minutes, online at qps.org. Students in grades 4 through 12 and district staff also complete the survey.
