Quincy Police Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
The Quincy Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the two individuals in these photographs.
Anyone with information can contact Officer K. Miller #176 at 217-228-4470 or the Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers Hotline at (217) 228-4474 to submit your tip. You can also submit a tip by going to www.quincycrimestoppers.com. You can also send a text-tip by texting TIPSQRCS and your information to 274637 (CRIMES on most cell phones). All three options are anonymous and you will be eligible for this reward if your information leads to an arrest in this matter.”
